Voraglow Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Voraglow. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right with your order. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in unused, “like new” condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Returns that do not meet these standards or are initiated after the 14-day window will not be accepted. Voraglow is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.
Please note:
- 1.Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller in accordance with their return policies.
- 2.Custom-made products, final sale items, and refurbished units are not eligible for return.
- 3.Certain products may not qualify for free return shipping, as indicated on their respective product pages.
- 4.Returns without valid proof of purchase may be declined.
- 5.Items showing signs of wear, missing parts, or damage may only be eligible for a partial refund or may be denied entirely.
- 6.Products bought at Voraglow retail or Reset locations cannot be returned online.
- 7.Faulty or damaged products may be returned under our Limited Warranty policy.
All returns are subject to approval at Voraglow’s discretion. Abuse or misuse of the return policy may lead to the refusal of future returns or transactions.
Starting a Return
Before submitting a return request, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Service Team at support@voraglow.com for personalized assistance and possible troubleshooting.
When initiating a return, you’ll need to provide:
- 1.Your order number
- 2.The item(s) you wish to return
- 3.Reason for return
Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Document. This must be included inside your return package.
All returns must be shipped in the original packaging with all components, and must be received by Voraglow within 30 days of product delivery. Retain your tracking number—Voraglow is not liable for packages lost in transit.
Returns are processed within 10–15 business days of delivery. You’ll receive confirmation via email once your return has been reviewed and processed.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise required by law). Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

- 2.Contact your credit card issuer—it may take time for the transaction to post.
- 3.Reach out to your bank if delays persist.
