This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Voraglow or authorized sellers within the U.S. Voraglow disclaims responsibility for warranty claims on items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Coverage
Voraglow products are protected against defects in materials and workmanship under regular use:
Devices: 1-Year Warranty
Accessories & Attachments: 30-Day Warranty
(*Accessories include cables, adapters, chargers, stands, and carrying cases.)
What’s Not Covered:
- 1.Purchases from unauthorized sellers or platforms
- 2.Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, aging, etc.)
- 3.Damage from misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, or improper use
- 4.Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- 5.Cosmetic damage not related to a manufacturing defect
- 6.Software or third-party system performance
- 7.Missing or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact support@voraglow.com and follow the instructions to submit a claim. Proof of purchase and a completed Return Authorization Form are required. Voraglow may request additional information to diagnose the issue.
Voraglow will, at its discretion, replace eligible defective products with a new or refurbished product of the same model or equivalent functionality. Cosmetic variations or engraving customizations may not be preserved in the replacement.
The warranty period continues from the original product delivery date—it does not reset with a replacement.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties. Voraglow makes no other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, except as required by law. Voraglow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its products.
This Warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may vary by state or jurisdiction.
In no event shall this Warranty require more than the replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective products are not available, Voraglow reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of replacement. This Warranty does not apply to any mobile device or the cellular and/or other network or system on which the product operates. Therefore, Voraglow will not accept any responsibility under this Warranty for the operation, availability, coverage, services or range of the cellular or other network or system. Voraglow shall not under any circumstance be liable either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during replacement of the product.
